Recreational classes for school age children (4 and over) focus on fun and fitness; children can come along with their friends and exercise. We run two awards schemes per year, Fitness Awards and the BAGA badge scheme. We also have end of term games sessions. All sessions are run by qualified staff.
In the school holidays we run various children's fun clubs for two hours per session, for both members and non members. The gym is set up with equipment including a bouncy castle and inflatable slide, plus we do various games guaranteed to tire them out! Information will appear on the timetable page at holiday periods, or contact the gym for details.
We encourage all members to achieve to the best of their abilities, and for those who are interested and have the skills to compete, there is a competitive squad which takes part in various competitions.
