Within the centre is a large adventure play area, full of slides, tubes, steps, ropes, balls and other things to keep children safely entertained for hours. It is available to all children age 11 and under, with a separate area for the under 4s. A cafe is provided so that parents can relax with a hot drink, snack or light meal while the children burn off some energy!
On Monday mornings from 10-12 during termtime, we offer a free cup drink and biscuit to preschool children and a regular cup of tea or coffee for one accompanying parent. Tuesdays and Thursdays until 3.30pm the centre is closed to public use but is available for special needs groups to hire. On Tuesday afternoons, from 4-6pm, we can offer exclusive use of the adventure play for children's parties (minimum numbers apply). Evening bookings of the centre for groups of any age are available - contact us for details.
Parties for children, including 2 hours in the centre and food from a choice of cold buffet, can also be booked for other times when the centre is open to the public. There is a separate area for the children to eat in, and if wanted we can provide party bags. Pop into the centre to discuss your needs, dates and times with our staff. A limited number of gym and trampolining parties are available when the gym is not otherwise in use.
